At B&L Psychotherapy and Consulting we believe our clients are guiding us on a journey. Our role is to help you to see what can take place in whatever direction that you choose. This choice is always yours, but our goal is to help make the bumps in the road a little easier by providing strong options, feedback, and a recognition of all things that make you who you are. The beginning of this process together can be frightening but we hope to ease those fears through compassion, grace, and a non-judgmental collaboration. Counseling can be a conduit for healing and growth individually and in your relationships with others. It also provides an opportunity for individuals to explore their thoughts and emotions in a place that is safe and welcoming. Our hope is to provide you the opportunity to discover things about yourself and patterns of behavior that are present in your lives. You may even make choices to change some of those things as a result of this journey.
