    Group Counseling

    In group therapy, clients are paired with others who are experiencing similar worries. As a group member you are guided through the issues by examining what you are going through in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment. Although clients who attend group may be at different stages of their treatment, discussing mutual experiences and having others relate can greatly relieve feelings of isolation or disengagement. In time, clients can learn to find confirmation between their own and others’ experiences and build coping skills to maintain a strong and balanced life.
